PARENT PORTAL
The Parent Portal is your go-to place to find out information!
On the Parent Portal, you can find class times and Information, billing information, update contact information and purchase uniform

Search ‘Class Manager’ from where you get your apps! You’re looking for Class Manager- Portal, Dark Purple C logo or scan the QR code
PAYMENTS
+Our classes are paid monthly via direct debit on the 30th of each month. (contact us if this date is not suitable.)
+All payments include VAT and are subject to a Platform Fee.
+We take a One Month Registration Fee on enrollment- this pays for your first months lessons & administration costs.
+Upon leaving notice we then work out how many lessons you’ve paid for including your registration fee, and then confirm your leaving date.
+ If you do not upload your card details by the first direct debit payment, you will be sent an invoice and charged a £5 administration fee.
ADD YOUR CARD DETAILS
To be able to pay via direct debit, we ask you to add your card details via the Parents Portal.
Please follow the instructions in the video or below:
1- Sign in to your Parent Portal on a browser (not the app)- https://app.classmanager.com/portal/taylor-s-dance-company/login
2- Click Profile
3- Click Settings
4-Click Payment Cards
5- Click Add Card
6- Fill out your card details as prompted on the screen
7-Click Save Card
8- It will ask you to enter your security details
9- Then click update (sometimes it does take a while, but it usually has worked)
UNIFORM
It is compulsory for all pupils to wear our uniform.
Why do we ask our pupils to wear uniform?
+ Feeling part of the TDC Team
+ Ensures teachers can see correct posture and body alignment.
+ Ensures clothing is safe and practical for dancing
+ Ensures Pupils arrive in the right mindset for class

Hints & Tips
+Your order will be sorted and delivered to your child’s class.
+If your items are in stock please allow 14 working days for your order to arrive.
+We will bring a selection of shoe sizes based on your child’s normal shoe size.
+While waiting for your uniform to arrive please wear clothes suitable to dance in.

Second-Hand Uniform
We have a selection of 2nd hand uniform which is all priced at £5. At the end of the year, we donate this money to a charity.
Please email us to order second-hand uniform. If you have any uniform to donate, please give it to Miss Niki, Miss Sophie or your class teacher.
SHOW 2024
In 2024 we will be holding our whole school showcase. Our Show is held every other year (biennial), and is the event everyone looks forward to!
