OPERATIONS & ADMIN MANAGER
Be the backbone of our busy dance school! Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the business, support our staff, manage systems, and help ensure everything runs smoothly — while freeing the owner to focus on creative and strategic growth. Some evening support is included.
ADMIN/ EVENING SUPPORT
Are you friendly, calm, and confident with parents and students? Help us make our evening classes run smoothly, support teachers in the moment, and provide light admin for our secondary projects. Perfect for someone who enjoys being the reassuring presence everyone relies on.
FREELANCE/ SUBCONTRACTOR DANCE TEACHERS
We’re growing our teaching team! Deliver engaging, age-appropriate dance classes for children aged 3+, support rehearsals and events, and join a professional, supportive teaching environment. Term-time classes with opportunities for extra work during shows and expansion.
